How do I cancel?

Open Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Slowlight › Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

I bought it on another phone

I can’t hear the voice

Check the media volume (not the ringer), and You › Sound › Voice volume. Headphones help. The words are always on screen too.

The voice stopped. Is it broken?

Probably not: sessions are mostly quiet on purpose, and the ring on screen shows when the voice is coming back. If you’d like more guidance, choose "More" under Guidance on any session’s page.

Does it work offline?

Yes. A session’s voice downloads the first time you open it and stays on your phone. Pro saves the whole library by itself whenever you’re on Wi-Fi, so there’s nothing to download by hand.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Slowlight is Android-only for now.
